The association was created to:

1) coordination of activities of members of the Association;

2) representation and protection of the general, including professional interests of members of the Association;

3) the development of business cooperation and professional relations with Uganda, aimed at: promoting the development of the economy, culture, sports, healthcare, as well as increasing the pace of bilateral and multilateral cooperation by introducing the best international and national practices.

The subject of the association is:

1) unification of members of the Association for the Development of Business Cooperation and Professional Relations with Uganda;

2) unification of members of the Association to address their pressing issues;

3) facilitating the establishment of relations for expanding cooperation of the Association members with Russian partners, state, commercial and non-profit organizations working in the field of business cooperation and professional relations with Uganda;

4) protection of the legal rights of members of the Association;

5) representation of the interests of its members in relations with federal bodies of state power, bodies of state power of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, bodies of local self-government, as well as with organizations, regardless of their legal form;

6) representing the interests of its members in relations with public authorities and organizations of Uganda, regardless of their legal form;

7) establishing relations with government agencies to develop and implement proposals to solve problems in Uganda, in the field of economics, culture, sports, healthcare;

8) assistance in resolving disputes arising between members of the Association, as well as between members of the Association and third parties;

9) assistance to members of the Association in professional matters;

10) assistance in conducting research in the field of business cooperation with Uganda, assistance to members of the Association in obtaining research grants;

11) organization and conduct of scientific, practical and educational events: seminars, schools, conferences, round tables, symposia, meetings, forums, congresses and exhibitions;

12) development and implementation of scientific and innovative programs and projects;

13) participation in the organization, as well as facilitating internships and the exchange of experience;

14) the establishment of special scholarships, awards, grants of the Association;

15) assistance in conducting expert and methodological work in the field of developing business cooperation and professional relations with Uganda;

16) assistance in the development of internal, international cooperation aimed at achieving the goals for which the Association was created;

17) organization and assistance in conducting public events to attract public attention to the activities of the Association;

18) the implementation of information activities in the media and information networks;

19) development of independent recommendations aimed at achieving the goals of the Association;

20) development and publication on its own behalf or in collaboration with other organizations of articles, manuals, textbooks, reference books, other manuals and training materials in accordance with the objectives and topics of the Association both in paper and in electronic form;

21) the creation of a single information space for communication between members of the Association;

22) the creation of data banks and other information systems that enhance the efficiency of the Association;

23) development of the material and technical base of the Association to ensure the activities of the Association and its members;

24) the implementation of publishing activities.
